Bio:

Chen Lei, Ph.D./Postdoctoral, Associate Professor and Master's Supervisor at the School of Information Science and Engineering, Shandong University. I graduated with a PhD from the School of Electronic Engineering and Computer Science at the University of Ottawa in Canada, and with a bachelor's and master's degree from the School of Information Science and Engineering at Shandong University. Shandong University Youth Scholar Future Plan, member of the China Association of Automation.

My main research areas include image processing and computer vision, visual quality evaluation and image enhancement, abnormal behavior analysis, digital watermarking, as well as machine learning and artificial intelligence. I am currently in charge of multiple national and provincial-level scientific research projects, including the National Natural Science Foundation of China, sub projects of the National Key Research and Development Program, the Shandong Provincial Natural Science Foundation, and the China Postdoctoral Fund. I have also participated in research projects funded by the Canadian Science and Engineering Research Fund. At present, I have published multiple important international academic journals and conferences, obtained several national invention patents, served as a reviewer for some internationally renowned journals, and served as the field chairman for international conferences. I have been invited multiple times to give keynote and special presentations at international conferences.
